Exchange your home on GuestToGuest: what’s up with the information?

GuestToGuest has recently began working on building trust among our members. After launching the verification process we have just set up a system which encourages our members to fill out basic information before being able to contact other members.

We now ask members to have a photo of themselves, their house and a personal description before being able to contact other members, creating a relationship between members based on trust.

If you haven’t filled out your information this is the message that will appears when you click “to contact”:

You can click on “I complete my home” or “I complete my profile” and the following window will appear:

To view your homes profile, you must click all the tabs.

From there you will have to enter the requested information (*). Once you have filled this out, you will receive GuestPoints and this will improve your chances of being able to be contacted by those whom you have made contact with. You should be aware that 100% of the exchanges that have been successful occurred between members that were verified.

If you are having difficulty finalizing your profile, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at contact@guesttoguest.com and we will respond back to you as soon as possible! If you have any problems uploading your photos, you can also send them to us by e-mail and we will put them online for you.
